Data protection
Scope
This privacy policy informs users about the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the responsible provider Anna Laurowski, email: info@osteomaster.de, telephone: 49 76115528454 on this website (hereinafter referred to as “Privacy Policy”).

We attach great importance to data protection. The collection and processing of your personal data is carried out in compliance with applicable data protection regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Registration on our website
When you register to use our personalized services, we collect certain personal data, such as your name, address, and contact information, including your telephone number and email address. Once registered, you can access content and services that we offer exclusively to registered users. Registered users also have the option to change or delete the data they provided during registration at any time. Of course, we will also provide you with information about the personal data we have stored about you at any time. We will gladly correct or delete this data at your request, provided there are no legal obligations to retain it. To contact us regarding this matter, please use the contact details provided at the end of this privacy policy.

Access data/server log files
The provider (or its web hosting provider) collects data about every access to the website (so-called server log files). Access data includes: the name of the accessed web page, the file, the date and time of access, the amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address, and the requesting provider. The provider uses the log data only for statistical analysis for the purpose of operating, securing, and optimizing the website. However, the provider reserves the right to subsequently review the log data if there is a legitimate suspicion of unlawful use based on concrete evidence.

Handling of personal data
Personal data is information that can be used to identify an individual, meaning information that can be traced back to a specific person. This includes name, email address, and telephone number. Data about preferences, hobbies, memberships, or which websites someone has visited also falls under the category of personal data. The provider only collects, uses, and shares personal data if this is legally permitted or if users have consented to the data collection.

Contact
When contacting the provider (for example via contact form or email), the user's information is stored for the purpose of processing the request and in case follow-up questions arise.

Integration of third-party services and content
It is possible that third-party content, such as YouTube videos, Google Maps, RSS feeds, or graphics from other websites, may be integrated into this online service. This always requires that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") are aware of the users' IP addresses. Without the IP address, they would be unable to send the content to the respective user's browser. The IP address is therefore necessary for displaying this content. We strive to use only content from providers who use the IP address solely for delivering the content. However, we have no control over whether third-party providers store the IP address for other purposes, such as statistical analysis. To the extent that we are aware of such practices, we will inform users accordingly.

Cookies
Cookies are small files that allow websites to store specific, device-related information on users' access devices (PCs, smartphones, etc.). They serve two main purposes: firstly, to improve the user-friendliness of websites (e.g., by storing login data), and secondly, to collect statistical data on website usage for analysis and improvement of the services offered. Users can influence the use of cookies. Most browsers offer an option to restrict or completely prevent the storage of cookies. However, please note that disabling cookies may limit website functionality and, in particular, user experience. You can manage many online advertising cookies from companies via the US website http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ or the EU website http://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/your-ad-choices/.

Google Maps
We integrate maps from the "Google Maps" service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. When using Google Maps, Google also collects, processes, and uses data about how visitors use the map features on our website. You can find more information about Google's data processing in Google's privacy policy. There, in the Privacy Center, you can also change your settings to manage and protect your data.

Registration function
The data entered during registration will be used for the purpose of using the service. Users may be informed by email about service- or registration-related information, such as changes to the scope of services or technical issues. The data collected is visible in the registration form. This includes name, email address, and IP address for the purpose of live support.

Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. IP anonymization is active on this website. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity, and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. Hosting services provided by a third-party provider
As part of processing on our behalf, a third-party provider hosts and displays our website. This serves our legitimate interest in the correct presentation of our offerings, which outweighs any conflicting interests. All data collected through the use of this website or via forms provided in the online shop, as described below, is processed on their servers. Processing on other servers only takes place within the scope described herein.

This service provider is located within a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

Changes to our privacy policy
We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy from time to time to ensure it always complies with current legal requirements or to reflect changes to our services, such as the introduction of new services. The new privacy policy will then apply to your next visit.

Your rights to information, rectification, blocking, erasure and objection
You have the right to request information about your personal data stored by us at any time. You can make changes or revoke your consent by notifying us accordingly, with effect for the future.
